Cinque Terre ~ Heaven On Earth


While not as famous as some of the great cities of Italy such as Venice for Mediterranean charm, nothing beats Cinque Terre of nothern Italy.

Cinque Terre which means Five Lands, is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. Cinque Terre comprises the five small coastal villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso.

This inspiring coastal region is home to impressive views, classic Italian culture, and one of the most unique landscapes in Italy.

The villages are well connected by rail and each of the villages has a train station. Cinque Terre also has some of the best coastline hiking trails. The path from Riomaggiore to Manarola is called the Via Dell'Amore or "Lovers Walk", Its breath-taking view allows you to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the coast. Or you cab try trail from Vernazza to Monterosso. Though it is the steepest, it offers the best view of gthe bay.
